           The Gold Clipper Pet Spa and Resort is considered one of LaPorte, IN's best pet grooming salons. It has won reader's choice in the local newspaper, The Herald Argus, in 2011, 2012, 2013 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019. Here at the Gold Clipper we offer a variety of services to make sure your pet has a very pleasant experience with us. We currently have five, wonderful groomers, including the owner, Kris Satkoski. Mrs. Satoski first opened the doors to The Gold Clipper in 1985 at a small store front in New Carlisle, IN. Since then we have moved locations due to our growing clientele and the need for more room. We are now located in downtown LaPorte, right off of Lincolnway. Although we are known best for our grooming, we also offer boarding and daycare services for crate trained pets.

Cancellation Policy

       Your stylists works on commission, therefore we requires 24 hours' notice for cancelling your pet's appointment. A cancellation fee and a re-booking fee may apply if we are given less than 24 hours notice. Appointment reminder calls and/or text messages are made 48 hours before your appointment. As well as the day before your appointment to help avoid this problem.

Vaccination Policy

The vaccinations required for grooming services include: Rabies Vaccine for both cats and dogs.  Boarding and Daycare Pets will also need: Bordetella Vaccine for dogs. We also recommended the H3N2 Canine Influenza Vaccine, DHLPP vaccine. FVRCP for cats. All these vaccinations must be current.
